We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international
Please ensure that shipping address and billing address are the SAME and match your credit/debit card.
In a result, that your billing address does not reflect the address paired with your bank , your transaction may decline and your payment on our behalf will not be processed. Declined transactions may reflect on your banking transaction activity as pending but will eventually fall off within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

Business days for shipping are 2-4 days Monday - Friday for all orders (Except Custom Orders ) Any orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the next business day . Unless there is a expedited shipping request which is 2-3 business days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days
Tracking
All trackings numbers are provided via email. Please refer to tracking information to track your package .
If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday tracking information will be sent on the next business day. Please refer to your spam if you have not received a tracking number in your primary mailbox. In the case that you have not received shipping information After 48-72 hours please contact Customer Service for further assistance .
